| The 350Z usually has a trap speed of 99-100, and the TT usually is 103-104. As such, it is delivering more power down the track, even if it is heavier than the 350Z. If the 350Z was accelerating faster, it obviously would have the higher trap speed. You may be right that the 350Z is easier to launch, but with the TT the car has more potential, hence the higher trap speeds. A good launch and 103 mph traps will beat out a good launch and 99 mph traps. I can show you plenty of examples of the Z32TT delivering faster quarter mile times than the 350Z. Show me one example of the 350Z beating out the TT.
